It is said that physical development is a marathon not a sprint and this challenge is no exception. If the premise of the Body Temple Challenge can be summarized in one word it would be "accountability". It doesn't matter if your goal is to get a PR on a lift, maximize your road mileage, or aspire to compete in the Cross Fit Games. What does matter is consistent improvement. The point distribution for the Body Temple Challenge is simple. If you log your meals for 4 out of 7 days of the week you automatically get 2 points. For every workout that you do 1 point is generated. Logging your workout routines for at least 3 days a week gives you 2 points. There is no point distinction between cardio workouts and anaerobic workouts. However, if you're mixing cardio with your anaerobic workouts it only counts as one workout. If you are logging anonymous personal development photos (face blacked out) you can get up to 2 additional points a week. In order to make the competition as equitable as possible there is an 8 point cap per a week. Anything done above that is encouraged. However, no additional points will accrue.
